The German Retail Club (TGRC), operated by Ercan Kilic, provides professional services including event organization, sponsorship packages, marketing visibility, speaker participation formats, workshops and related consulting/support services for business customers.

The scope of services, deliverables and pricing are defined individually and confirmed in writing (e.g. via email, proposal, agreement or invoice description).

Invoices are payable within 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Payments are made via bank transfer to the account stated on the invoice.

TGRC will deliver services with professional care. Event-related details (e.g. agenda, timing or speaker schedule) may be adjusted where required for operational reasons, while maintaining the overall intent of the agreed service.

Both parties agree to treat non-public commercial information shared during the collaboration as confidential.

Governing law is Germany. Place of jurisdiction, where applicable, is Cologne (Köln), Germany.
